What’s a body Trainer?

Every Member who joins Gold’s Health & Fitness will receive 50% off their first Personal Training session included in their membership over a 6 Month or longer Period.

All our Trainers are fully qualified in the Health & Fitness Industry & here for you to help you achieve your goals every step of the way.

Can I use Different Debit Success Gyms around NZ?

Yes you can ask at Reception for a full list of participating Debit Success Fitpass centres

This List will have all the information that entitles you to all the Debit Success participating

Do you have a gym ‘introduction’?

Yes, it’s called the appointment process see one of our friendly membership consultants during this process

They will talk to you about your goals & what you would like to achieve.

You can book an appointment or come down to see us to discuss options that will suit you best as well as a price presentation plan.

Can I test drive the gym first?

Yes you have a 15 day comfort period from the date you first sign your first agreement

If you decide that it’s not for you then you must contact us within the 15 days to cancel.

99.5 % of our Members keep their membership ongoing as they enjoy the great atmosphere and value

Of what Gold’s has to offer the other 5% are members who travel overseas or who have incur medical conditions & health circumstances during this short period of time.

What happens if I travel overseas or move to another town?

Gold’s Health & Fitness encourages you to keep your membership ongoing and offers you further options of transferring your membership if you move from one City to another within New Zealand if the facility is a participating Debit Success Fitpass Centre which is located on one of our Debit Success Pamphlets you may then transfer your membership to another person.

There is a one off low cost Debit Success Transfer fee that will apply & these pamphlets are also available from reception as well as Debit Success Travel Passes for when you travel.

Travelling overseas

No problem Gold’s Health & Fitness has a cancellation policy of $100.00 & proof of a one-way ticket

As well as approval of the club to cancel your membership down before you leave for overseas.

What Should I wear?

Comfortable Shoes, Sports T-Shirt & shorts or sport pants NO JEANS please!.

As your first program you will be doing a full on one hour work out with one of our personal trainers.

When is the Gym less busy?

Anytime after 7am in the morning & before 5pm in the evening.

How much does it cost?

Come down & see us or give us a call & speak to one of our friendly membership consultants to discuss our very low flexi payment plans

Do I have a choice in how long I join for?

Yes Membership options are open & available to suit your needs

We do recommend for the best results to join for a 12 month – 36 month period to see the best results.

What if I go on holiday or get sick?

No problem we can put your membership on HOLD for up to half the term

E.G If you join for 12 Months you can receive 6 months back when your membership expires if you have let us know to please hold your memebrship time.

Terms & Conditions are that you continue to keep paying your membership while on hold or you’re memebrship is paid in full

And you will receive some membership time back at your next expire or renewal date.

How can I introduce a friend?

You can introduce friends & family members, work colleges & partners by asking one of our Friendly staff members for a FREE GUEST PASS this pass entitles the bearer to a one day free pass here at Gold’s Health & Fitness.

Terms & Conditions: One guest pass per person per 12 month period.
